Getting a computer connects you to the rest of the world. The two most important ways of using the internet are browsing and email. We have put together a short, two part program which will show you the basics.

The Browser and Internet course will show you what a browser is, why you need one and how to use one. We will go over the basics of what a web site is, how to access them and how to perform searches. Most importantly we will cover how to browse safely, what to be cautious of and how to protect yourself online.

The email section will show you what email is, who provides it, how you can get the best email service for life and the different ways of accessing your mail wherever you are. We will also show you what spam email looks like, how to identify fake emails and how to email safely.
